A simple and easy bun~ my look for today

Hi friends,

     This morning I coiled my hair into a simple bun held in place with random clips.  An easy way to start the day!  Of course my favorite part about my look for today was the fringe on the bottom of my new shirt :-)

Layered Cinnamon Bun~ my look for today

Hi friends,

Today I fixed my hair in a simple cinnamon bun.  But instead of gathering all my hair up into the bun at once, I made my bun out of three layers.  First I took a small section of hair from the top of my head and wrapped it around in a cinnamon bun.  Then I took the middle section of hair and wrapped it around my first bun.  Finally I wrapped the lowest section of hair around and my bun was finished.  I had added hair-clips as I went to make sure my hair stayed securely in place.  Thank you for coming to see my new post!

Flower Petal Bun

Hello everyone,

     This morning I put my hair into a bun, one loop at a time.  As I would make a loop, I would pin it in place with bobby pins.  My goal was to have a bun that looked like it was made of flower petals.  Unusual for me, I did not use a single hair clip in this hairstyle.  I held my hair in place using only bobby pins and hair pins, and added a jewel clip for accent when I was all done.

Hello friends, Happy New Year!

I thought my bun today resembled either a pom-pom or a firework, both of which seem fitting for New Year's Eve-eve :-)  I hope you have a fun time celebrating with family and friends.  Thank you for being my friend and following my hair posts!

The day after Christmas, a big bun (and pictures of my Christmas present!)

Hello friends,

     My favorite gift was this beautiful doll, who looks exactly like my little friend from England that I met in Holland during the Redhead Days festival.  My mom saw a picture of the two of us together, and got me this adorable doll as a Christmas present since they look so much alike :-)
     By the way, my hairstyle today was an extremely easy big bun, along with the two accent braids that I kept from my hairstyle yesterday.  Thank you for coming to see!
